We currently ship to all around Bangladesh. If your location is not listed, please contact us for further assistance.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you in advance.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery time: 7 days
- Express Shipping – Estimated delivery time: 3 days (additional charges may apply)
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.
- FasonArt is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.
- If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Changes and Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
